This landmark project included multiple illuminated signs across the building, including a custom blade sign and large-scale exterior signage designed to feel cohesive throughout the property.

The Parodi Building needed signage that matched the scale and character of the restored cigar factory while helping the property stand out as a destination day and night.

Special attention was given to recreating the look of classic neon using modern LED illumination, allowing the signage to capture an old-school glow with the durability and efficiency of current technology.

Lighting, placement, and materials were carefully considered so the signage felt bold and visible without overpowering the historic brick architecture. The final result gives the property a recognizable street presence while reinforcing the experience and identity of the space before visitors even walk inside.
